Graduated Parents

If you are a former parent whose last child has graduated from Sidwell Friends School, you are a Graduated Parent!

Graduated Parents is an organization by parents for parents whose purpose is to encourage and enable former parents to stay connected with each other and with the School community that has been an integral part of family life for so many years.

At our Homecoming Booth this fall, Graduated Parents welcomed back parents with treats and good cheer, proceeds of which benefited Martha's Table.

Susan Shreve '57, noted author of numerous books, most recently Warm Springs: Traces of a Childhood at FDR's Polio Haven, was our Winter Speaker this year. She was introduced by fellow alum and former parent, Harold Ickes '57. It was a wonderful evening followed by a reception in Zartman Drawing Room.
