Thank you for your interest in supporting Sidwell Friends School.  Sidwell Friends, like all independent schools, depends upon the generosity of our community to sustain and advance the mission of the School. This is an exciting time in the history of SFS as we embark on new capital projects that will help maintain the tradition of excellence found here.  There are many ways that alumni, parents, grandparents, parents of alumni, and friends can take an active role in fostering the School’s mission and ensuring the best possible educational environment for students and faculty at Sidwell Friends.

Sidwell Friends' fundraising initiatives consist of four ongoing but separate programs:

• Call Us Friends—A comprehensive $56 million campaign which seeks support for capital improvements, endowment, and annual funds.
• The Annual Funds—Consisting of four separate funds (Alumni Fund, Fair Share Fund, Grandparents Fund, and Parents of Alumni and Friends Fund), the annual giving program provides the essential unrestricted dollars for the operating budget that enhance the educational experience at Sidwell Friends.
• Dollars for Scholars—A series of events sponsored throughout the year which directly supports financial aid at Sidwell Friends School.
• Planned Giving—Provides general and endowment support to Sidwell Friends through individuals' bequests, annuities, and other planned giving vehicles.
