Admissions Process by Grade

Welcome! We look forward to guiding you through the application process for grades: PK, K, 3, 4, 6, 7, and 9. Scroll down if you are interested in other grades.

To begin, every family will need a Ravenna account, which you will use to submit your application, access forms, register for events, and track your application's progress. Click Apply to create your account.

From there, complete the Family Information Form. We encourage you to do this early; plan to set aside 20 to 30 minutes to complete it. There is a $75 non-refundable application fee; families facing a financial hardship may request a fee waiver through the form available on our website and in Ravenna.

We ask that families submit only the items specifically requested to ensure that the process is the same for all. We also advise you to register for a tour, an information session, open house, or other admissions event to get to know our community.

Families interested in financial aid should plan to begin that process later in the fall. The financial aid application for new families is due February 1. You can learn more about our financial aid program by attending a Clarity webinar and reviewing the scenarios on our website.

We ask every family to complete all steps outlined by December 31, 2026, and we're here to help make that timeline feel manageable along the way.

Special note for families applying from outside the DC, Maryland, or Virginia region: once you have applied, you will be notified about completing in-person steps through other means if you’re unable to travel to campus.
