Sidwell Friends

The varsity girls’ soccer program has been led by head coach Ryan Alexander since 2012. Coach Alexander was a youth national team player who went on to play at Wake Forest University and the University of Michigan before playing professionally in Europe. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. Since 2012, the girls’ soccer team has secured two Independent School League Championships in the AA division.

Natalie Williston has supported the varsity girls’ soccer program as assistant coach since 2018. Coach Natalie was a three time Connecticut all-state player who went on to earn a scholarship from Howard University. While at Howard, she made first team all-conference during two of her collegiate seasons. She holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Maryland University College and resides in the District.
