Sidwell Friends

Michael Cooley joins Sidwell from the University of South Alabama. While with the jaguars, he assisted in coaching two USTFCCCA All-Americans, multiple Sun Belt Conference Champions, and helped lead the Jags to the 2016 Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Women’s team Championship. Cooley has previous high school coaching experience, coaching track, football, and girls basketball for eight years at his alma mater, M. T. Blount High School in Prichard, Alabama. Cooley was a two-time Alabama state champion, a two-time USTFCCA All-American at the University of Alabama, and a member of Team USA in 2007 for the North American-Caribbean American Championships.
